How long will my order take to reach me?

  • U.K. Orders typically take 5 - 10 business days to process, ship, and arrive.
  • International Orders usually take 7 - 21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Allow extra time for delivery during holidays or high-volume periods.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are made on demand and usually ship within 2-3 business days.
  • During busy periods, processing may take 3-6 business days.
  • If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, your order is still being processed.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

Do different items ship separately?

  • Yes, if your order includes different types of products, they may ship separately.
  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

I put the wrong address, how can I change it?

  • If your order has not yet shipped, email sales@nuclearkittygames.com with your name, order number, and correct shipping address.
  • Many orders ship quickly, so contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

I never received a confirmation email, why?

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Ensure the correct email address was entered at checkout.
  • If you used a different email, check that inbox.
  • If you still can’t find it, email sales@nuclearkittygames.com for assistance.

How can I get free shipping?

  • Free Economy Shipping is available on orders over £35 (after discounts).

Why does my order say 'awaiting shipment'?

  • Your package has been prepared but hasn’t been scanned by the carrier yet.
  • The tracking system may be delayed in updating.
  • If your order remains in this status for more than 5 days, email sales@nuclearkittygames.com with your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

  • To cancel an order, email sales@nuclearkittygames.com within 24 hours of placing it.
  • If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will process a cancellation and refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you offer a subscription box?

  • Not yet, but we are always working on new ways to bring Nuclear Kitty Games goodies to our fans.
